Welcome To Security Troops

1 .You certify that all provided information Via App/ Website or Otherwise including gender of the student, no of student, address, ID proof etc are correct to best of your knowledge.

2. You understand that security troops is physical security providing a marketplace and will facilitate the finding of a quality agency or professional for valuables, corporation, organization, any building, construction site etcetera.

3 . You understand that there is a non-refundable Security Troops registration charge that allows your participation in this marketplace.

4 . Security Troops Registration Charges holds valid for active professionals, in case you do not use the app for a period of 6 months ( 180 Days ), registration will become invalid.

5 . In consideration of the services provided by the Agency or a professional, you agree to pay a predefined amount to the Agency or professional deposited in your E-wallet in advance.

6 . You agree to top up your electronic wallet setup in Security Troop's app with the amount predefined for booked services, before the commencement of services.

7 . You allow Security Troops to cause the transfer to happen from your aforesaid wallet to the Agency’s account when services are completed.

8 . You understand that, to the extent possible, Security Troops will facilitate finding an agency that best suits your requirement but it does not guarantee that no crimes will happen. You do understand that we will do our best to prevent any kind of crimes after you hire us.

9 . You understand that for the protection services you are liable to pay taxes as applicable.

10 . You understand that in the case where the agency or a professional fails to deliver all or part of the scheduled security services, Security Troops will facilitate finding a replacement agency or professional for you within a reasonable period of time. In case Security Troops is not able to find a replacement for you within 7 working days, it will cause an amount equal to a monetary value of the unprovided services to be transferred from your wallet to your bank account.

11 . If you cancel out of the service opted before the service has started the amount will be refunded in 7 working days.

12 . You understand that security personnel needs to be treated with respect and environment conducive to working with focus should be maintained.

13 . You understand that the final decision to choose a particular service provider for you is yours and yours alone. You explicitly agree to indemnify Security Troops from any harm that may be caused by any advertent or inadvertent actions of the agency or professional working for you.

14 . You will use Security Troop's in-app chat and call to get in touch with an agency or professional, every conversation and conversation with Security Troop and its agencies and professionals will be recorded for safety purposes.

16 . An direct communication or arrangement with our agencies or professionals regarding money chargeable for services is prohibited. You understand that it violates the contract between you and Security Troops. Services will be discontinued and the amount will not be refunded in such cases.
